The best beautiful place in Pakistan; Deosai National Park located a very rich biodiversity place and most of its area is in Skardu, some in the Astore and Kharmang regions of Gilgit Baltistan Province of Pakistan. Some historians claim that the name of Deosai (which means Shadow of the Giant) is derived from famous Sufi poet Mian Muhammad Baksh’s world-renowned poem Saif al Malook while Balti people call it Ghbiarsa (means Summer’s Place) in their local language.
